Since I don't have a choice about how much hard work it was (21 out of 24 trips alone all by myself) to MOVE all of MANY Balboa Menagerie Castle treasures back into our HOME castle for all of these past few days... I am just trying to THINK THE BEST by viewing this as an opportunity of beneficial exercise. ESPECIALLY since our place is upstairs!

 

At least...even tho the extra exertion also resulted in eXtra consumption of food...lol...apparantly I lost 3.6 lbs this week as I discovered tonight at the Body & SOUL lifestyle inspirational event series by www.NewportChurch.com life coach / pastor www.DianneWilson.com

 

The unexpected www.WhenGodWinks.com gift of this SOUL NURTURING (see Sunday 6/6) and reflection process that I "just happen to be" also experiencing recently during the same exact weeks of transitioning my studio office location & distribution of multifaceted treasures...also had God Wink timing

 

Since now that God has directed me away from what over the course of the past 10 yrs has gradually developed into unbalanced unhealthy extreme sacrificing for the benefit of many who I discovered no where to be found once I needed (and even extended myself so far out of my known charactor & comfort zone to beg for) help...

 

even tho as obvious to everyone familiar with all of these many sad and disappointing examples.. it was my networking efforts specifically for them that resulted in ongoing major high profile multimedia exposure & income producing opportunities and valuable entertainment industry relationships based on my introductions and sharing of accumulated resources developed from my experience of earning a living in this industry and assisting others to do the same for the past 35 yrs...in spite of challenges
 
 
But now I FINALLY know better and have learned to establish and enforce boundaries that will FINALLY protect myself from neglect of my own talent and lack of a life and life with my own family...and precious time I should be spending to assist them with their talent by FIRST setting the example of once again reforming the lost habit of utilizing my own talent for  life & community enhancement
 
Instead of ending up in a position where I have to beg & $ell sentimental treasures (including my flute, violin & keyboard) for the sake of users who only care about themselves.
 
 
Thank God for the exception of a few appreciated human angels on earth/artists who provided compensation, support and assistance without selfish intentions
 
aka eternally cherished and included on my now very selective & exclusive list of inspirational artists deserving of priority consideration & association
 
aka THANK GOD for helping me GET MY LIFE BACK !!!

Another Flat Tire Surprise - June 11, 2010

 

Today on my way to deliver a nutrient care package to my jaguar angel who just received news of test results finding 99% esophogus blockage most likely cancer...and to purchase steering wheel fluid so I can keep refilling inbetween repair of the mechanism in the meantime needing to use it to transport Menagerie Castle treasures to Menagerie HOME Castle...aka...beach parking which is impossible without power steering...

I had another flat tire...besides the other two last Sunday when my steering initially broke on my way to church.

No one I called was available to assist with a ride to another urgent errand with a time deadline so I had to walk before I could even figure out how to get to the used tire store that was about to close.

In the meantime, I called jaguar angel to see if his assistant could pick up the care package but they had already all left the shop to go home

But thank God on my way back from walking to the errand the assistant showed up afterall and helped me put on the spare  full of holes and buldges but at least good enough to make it to the used tire store where my friend who lives far away met me there to pay for the tire + 3 more whenever they receive the compatible size...as an early birthday present...AND she arranged for her brother to help transport a load of "treasures" that would not have fit in miracle mobile. When I could hear him on the phone asking where to meet....he just happened to be on the very same exact corner where we were waiting for a light...lol www.WhenGodWinks.com

So all of that frustration & inconvenience resulted in an unexpected opportunity for inspirational conversation and a long overdue visit with my friend after previously not being able to arrange for almost a year

THE STORY
 
I was short on Menagerie Castle Rent by $200 this month
but not led to borrow for something God is obviously no longer miraculously providing for
as he obviously was previously
 
aka "Where God guides...He provides"
 
I am believing His promise and plan as one of His Blessed children
to be the LENDER not the borrower
 
And when I was at Menagerie Castle this weekend
the literally DAILY overwhelming inspirational confirmations had been completely replaced by uncomfortable unwelcoming feelings for some reason
 
 
But regardless, I would have been prepared to endure anything if God would have continued to direct me to stay
 
which he obviously isn't anymore
 
 
These many months of experiencing gradual diversion away from my own talents especially MUSIC was an extreme lifestyle sacrifice that I knew God directed for His purpose...for a season...still to be fully realized why...eventually
 
But in the meantime...now very happy to be FREE to become just ME again !!!

which God is also in the process of eliminating !!!

MORE NewportChurch God Winks !!! - June 6, 2010

Today on my way to 5:30 service at www.NewportChurch.com
I had a flat tire so went to fill with air and by the time I arrived at the gas station
TWO tires were flat...So I filled them both but it took so long I would have been too late
so instead I cancelled my plans for the evening
in order to be able to attend 7:30
 
Then when trying to leave again
I heard some loud noises coming from within my steering wheel which locked up,
not allowing me to back up out of my carport
until after 3 more tries
 
At first I thought this was a sign that I better just stay home
 
But then remembered how many times similar obstacles almost kept me from
other services ( including just about every Newport Women Friday I have ever attended )
that ended up being the most impactful and relevant for my circumstances
or ended up in an encounter where I was used to Bless someone specific
 
So after asking my daughter who by then had already made alternative arrangements to attend church with a friend...
to please pray for travel safety since I was going to risk driving the significant distance to church no matter what...
 
My last words to her as I was leaving were
 "there must be something really special I am suppose to be there for"
 
When Pastor www.DianneWilson.com announced the availability of sponsorship for anyone desiring to attend Body & Soul,
I assumed that must be the something really special
 
and while in the process of appreciating that gift...I had what seemed to a really long delayed reaction
to even realize she was asking for hands of anyone who would like to receive the book
 
So you can imagine my surprise and appreciation
for THAT "something special" BONUS !!!
 
and then on top of THAT...
 
The message was especially encouraging, relevant & impactful to the non stop overwhelming emergencies & have been hit with from every direction!
 
You can also imagine my daughter's face
when I arrived home with yet another miracle story
 including even MORE NewportChurch related God WinkS !!!

Eviana's Dance & Miracle Phone Restoration - June 5, 2010

After my cell phone was restricted again due to inability to pay the bill...without any explanation, I received a miracle of restoration of service just in time for access to communication during Eviana's dance with www.FeelTheBeat.Com & www.MelodyMakersNB.com at The Laguna Beach Playhouse Theatre

Which was AMAZING !!!

WOW !!! Eviana's 4 dance performances literally made people cry. ( just like her sister Christiana used to in choir ) No one including me could believe that she has never had professional dance lessons other than for the past few weeks since she has been working so hard to pay for them now herself

But the best part is how much of an inspiration she was to so many other dancers today AND their parents AND the production crew! Which was an inspiration to both of us also. Confirming that utilizing your talent to inspire & assist others in spite of your own circumstances...results in you also becoming inspired...aka spiritual THERAPY !...To pay forward !!! ^j^

and came inside to notify me
that there was obvious good energy coming from within
( in spite of my nightmere circumstances )
and thank God for Phillipians 4 PEACE beyond understanding *
and for the favor to receive miracle mobile registration extension  
so I could have transportation to continue with inspirational activities in Balboa
aka "secret hidden jewel by the sea" aka atmosphere THERAPY for many !

Memorial Weekend Retail Bootcamp - June 1, 2010

After an EXTREMELY exhausting 5 full days of retail bootcamp at our transformed Menagerie Castle during the holiday weekend,
Monday night I could barely crawl up the stairs hoping for a least just a few hours of rest before beginning another exahusting week of FUNdraising especially crutial on the 1st when most all significant bills are...OVERDUE risking loss of our Balboa location
 
But instead of any rest...
after addressing tearful issues with Eviana regarding emotional needs due to father abandonment ...stirring up many unpleasant family ( and lack of family ) memories 
the first email I opened was an URGENT request from Victoriana accompanied by a tearful voicemail requiring me to spend the entire night and following day calculating finances to provide documentation for her to continue recieving scholarships to continue her art & film education at SPU.edu with registration deadline TODAY !
 
Then while trying to function after those traumas and with no sleep and while trying to make arrangements with bill collectors...
after craigslist appointments inbetween.. I accidently forgot to lock my door, and so even tho I was trying to postpone the experience of supervising Julienne's removal of posessions out of our home until he receives substance abuse restoration...He appeared looking exactly like his dad the last time I saw him and he had become a serious addict...and on top of that sad shock that I wasn't prepared to digest...he had the nerve to bring along the girl who stole from our home on mothers day... notifying me he needed his stuff to take to a sober living facility which he confessed might be his only hope since his substance abuse has escallated so quickly now that he is of legal age to purchase.
 
So that was a very painful unexpected encounter on top of everything not even 24 hours apart...and I still haven't been able to recuperate
from any of that ...and not even from that 4 letter M word ... M O V E ...6 months ago
WHEW !!!
 
So thank you for your prayers !!!

Weariness RESToration Day - May 23, 2010

Just one more of a gazillion others related to Newport Church.
 
I was tempted not to attend church tonight due to WEARINESS and exhaustion from ongoing
emergencies hitting from every direction, but then remembered this was Miracle Sunday at www.NewportChurch.Com 
and I definitely wanted to support this celebration especially since last year's results contributed to expansion of the www.DreamCenter.Org
 life restoration facilities & resources for rescued victims of sex slave trafficking.
It wasn't til I was on my way that I had a moment to reflect on my own miracle prayer from last year
and realized it had actually been answered in the midst of and as a result of publicity regarding
this year's major threat of losing our Menagerie Castle
inspirational waterfront creative arts community hospitality studio office playspace gallery museum sanctuary
aka "Art Collective & Boutique", Menagerie Castle Angel Kiersten De La Cruz.
The prayer was for direction to delegate overwhelming treasures and resources for God's purpose
and He miraculously provided specifically related inspirational reminders, messages
 and unexpected creative organization assistance that I needed for that to now be a reality,
regardless of the continuing financial crisis.
 
Speaking of miraculously providing related messages...
 
The guest speaker invited tonight was Leon Fontaine from Canada
and his topic for discussion not previously announced was...
 
WEARINESS !!!
 
When you experience overwhelming trials and attacks by satan who sometimes uses family, friends and "ticked off envious jealous Christians"...
instead of giving up from believing the decieving lie from the devil that you must be doing something wrong...realize instead that this is most likely confirmation that you are in the center of God's Will to contribute something special for His Kingdom
like the apostle Paul ( Joseph, Job, Esther & Jesus )
so in fulfillment of prophecy it is the enemy's goal to wear you out. Daniel 7
 
But God's plan and purpose for your life is greater and more powerful than anything else in this world and beyond and so will succeed and result in Blessings and your reward
if you don't give up ( Nehemiah 4 ) while remembering His Faithfullness to fulfill ALL of His promises

Recuperation AND External Hard Drive Needed - May 17, 2010

 

Today is back to the Menagerie Castle CLEARANCE FUNdraising $ale Project
while also in desperate need of recuperation from
...our Balboa wedding & romance faire event yesterday (PHOTOS COMING SOON )
 
...and "netbook nightmere" afterwards
 
I barely made up the stairs home hoping to be able to relax while enJOYing captain Rick's delicious riverboat chicken dinner and some inspirational online programming on my ACER netbook as my only source of TV... only instead to be faced with a black screen notification that I need to reinstall the original system cd.
 
But it doesnt have a cd player so I need to find someone with an external cd drive that I can use to hopefully restore
 
since it is also my only source of computer access to use for work at Menagerie Castle in Balboa

Eviana worked at Dennys while I worked in the FUN Zone at our Menagerie Castle Clearance $ale while visiting with families celebrating their mothers and having inspirational conversation with teens while creating gift collections for their mothers who "love but don't like them"... on one of the most beautiful days you could imagine !

On my way home I ran into the film producer friend, Randy Johnson who sponsored my www.TalkFusion.Com/11425 video email program and who always lends me his flip video camera for commercial projects...So everytime I see him I am reminded about how much I wish I owned one for myself so I wouldn't have to always borrow and/or miss opportunities to capture memories espeically of family talent.

When I arrived home, Christiana and Eviana ( and Victoriana via by phone in Seattle ) had been waiting for me to arrive so that I could immediately open thier mothers day surprise..which was..

After that excitement, we tried to watch a George Clooney movie from redbox but it was broken half way through...oh well...maybe I will have time to try to finish watching it again next year..lol

Christiana was spending the night, and as we were getting ready for bed Julienne showed up with a girlfriend...supposedly to acknowledge mothers day...but as soon as they left we noticed Christiana's sunglasses and two bottles of wine were missing.

The only thing that kept me from throwing up all night from disgust, was prayerfully refocusing my thoughts to gratefulness instead, by viewing the special flip camera gift next to my bed, representing my girls' COMPLETELY opposite spectrum of appreciation, love and sacrificial generosity..

Thanks for your prayers and educated ADVICE ???

I am in the "process" of transforming our
Menagerie Castle " insirational waterfront creative arts community hospitality studio office playspace gallery museum sanctuary

To also include the description of..

Store, Boutique or Shop ?

Since now we also need to be utilizing for $elling in addition to www.MenagerieTreasures.Com in order to help with the related OVERDUE expenses 

 

...in spite of BIG challenge of me NOT being a $alesperson

 

Well...my daughter's best friend's sister Kiersten just moved here from Texas
and since she is looking for a job, I suggested that she come to Balboa with me
so I could introduce her to many merchants seeking help
 
As we became familiar, she reminds me so much of my own girls
even looks like them and sings amazing and LOVES all of the stuff we do in our studio
 
So, I asked if would want to help me with the transformation to sell
for a percentage since I don't have a budget for employees
she said sure! and then AFTERWARDS let me know her work history includes
RETAIL in boutiques, administration
 
AND then AFTER THAT
I discovered she is also an artist !!!!!!!
 
Before arriving on Thursday, she had browsed around the internet following google links for decor ideas and discovered an amazing store exactly as she was envisioning our Menagerie Castle
 
I asked her what the name of the store was
and she said Paris to The Moon !

She had no idea it is my FAVORITE store ever
and that it is only about 3 blocks from where she lives too !
 
Not only that, but I went to Paris to The Moon today
to tell manager friend Kerri Judd the miracle story

As I was just about to describe this as another www.WhenGodWinks.com incident
She said " THAT WAS GOD !"
 
And she was almost as excited as me about the prospect of
having assistance now in order to be open more than one day a week..
Because people keep asking her for recommendations
to where they can go to create their own whimsical glittery treasures
 
I could never have even imagined receiving referrals to our store
 
from my FAVORITE store !
